Trade Association Flex Response to California Supreme Court’s Granting of Appeals to Proposition 22

“While we are disappointed that the California Supreme Court will consider appeals to the voter-approved Proposition 22, we are confident that the Court will uphold this proposition as settled law and recognize its importance to millions of Californians, securing the right of app-based earners to earn flexibly, and on their own terms.
